Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the Travel Logbook application for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by ADLER SP Z O O (collectively, the “Application”). ADLER SP Z O O is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.
Information Collection
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Location Information
Travel Logbook does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-Party Access
Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no such information is shared with third parties by ADLER.
Opt-Out Rights
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device.
Data Retention
ADLER does not collect or retain personal data generated through normal use of Travel Logbook. Accordingly, there is no server-side personal data retention period for Application users.
If you voluntarily contact ADLER outside normal Application use, for example by email, information you choose to provide may be handled only for the purpose of responding to your communication and may be deleted when no longer needed, subject to applicable legal obligations.
Data Deletion
Because Travel Logbook does not collect or store personal data on ADLER servers through normal use, there is no server-side Travel Logbook account or personal-data record that needs to be deleted.
If the Application stores trip records, route details, stops, favorites, notes, reminders, or preferences locally on your device, you can remove that local data using available in-app controls if provided, your device's application-storage controls, or by uninstalling Travel Logbook.
If you voluntarily provided personal information to ADLER outside the Application, you may request deletion by contacting support@adlersp.online.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children's data is not at risk from use of the Application alone. If personal information is voluntarily provided through other means by a child, parental or guardian consent may be required where permitted by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it holds.
Data Breach Notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal data is minimal. If a breach occurs involving any information you voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by publishing an updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy may be requested by contacting ADLER at support@adlersp.online.
Effective date: 20 August 2026.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
